For Ethan's first 4th of July we drove out to Waxahachie to Martha and Rogers (Ethan's aunt and uncle on Brandon's mother's side of the family). I bought all 3 of us matching outfits from old navy. As you can see Ethan is less than thrilled.
We all went to buy fireworks at the TNT firework store down I35. The place was packed full of people taking advantage of the fire sale. The boys eventually decided on a $500 kit that came in a box taller than me.
It definitely made for some amazing fireworks!
Brandon and Blake had a blast shooting off roman candles.
Brandon and I enjoyed some 4 wheeling fun...
and Ethan got in the pool for the first time!
He wasn't so happy about it at first, but he warmed up to it. All the fun eventually wore him out.
When night came we all gathered outside to watch the men set up the fireworks. Ethan sat with grandma to enjoy the show.
We ended up having a great night!
